The past two weeks have been a crazy, hair raising, feel like I’ve been beaten with a club, stressful, and exhausting experience. I’m not talking about moving; that lovely event will be next month!
We had a two week table top exercise here on Guam for my job. It was the individuals I work with on the project and the headquarters staff from both Navy and Air Force (0-5’s & Up). It was invaluable and what a learning experience; however, I’m physically and emotionally exhausted.
I need a vacation and I’m not going to be getting one anytime soon. I am planning on going to Okinawa for Thanksgiving and California for Christmas. I’ll be with family either way. Yes, my friends on Okinawa are my family; I love them.
